Brundage Mountain Resort, located in McCall, Idaho, possesses brand attributes that include excellent snow conditions, family-friendly atmosphere, and multi-season activities. When Brundage and Zeta Interactive began to work together in late 2004, their goal was to improve the user experience on the Brundage website and build brand equity. Brundage wanted a site that portrayed honesty and warmth, while making it easy to find answers to common questions. It was crucial that the site reflect the Brundage brand, especially to those who had never visited the resort.

Zeta designed the site using the resort’s existing brand equity and strong position in the market. Although Brundage is a regional resort, they are known internationally for their excellent snow, varied terrain, and friendly atmosphere. Zeta was able to accomplish these goals by:

  • Creating a task-path scenario for each type of customer
