CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr. Gerber is the former Chief Operating Officer of Active Response Group, where he led the day-to-day management and the turnaround efforts of the company until its assets were acquired by Caivis in 2009. Mr. Gerber came to ARG from TRANZACT, LLC, one of the leading customer acquisition companies in the US, where he served as SVP of Marketing and worked with leading brands such as Verizon, Prudential, AIG, Countrywide and Humana. Mr. Gerber was a co-founder and COO of HotSocket Inc. a pioneer in performance-based digital marketing. He has also worked in leadership roles at Digitas Inc. and Bain & Co.
Mr. Gerber holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from Columbia University
