This is so true. People who are trying to say that Social Media is going to replace email obviously don’t have a grasp on the two systems. Email is not going anywhere. End users will have the same email address for years, but social media profiles are here today and gone tomorrow. Not to mention the fact that not everyone is on social media websites, but just about everyone in this world has an email address!
